An exciting role for a Change Communications Specialist has arisen with a leading UK institution. This role will be based in Surrey, with hybrid working, 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. This role will be responsible for delivering change communications across a number of sensitive projects; collaborating with Managers across the business to deliver content and communications on time.

Description
The successful Change Communications Specialist will be responsible for;
- Developing and implement effective internal and external communication strategies
- Developing a strong understanding of the needs of different audience groups; drafting relevant timely messages to deliver the project on time.
- Developing press statements and social media responses as required.
- Collaborating with various departments to manage change and foster organisation-wide understanding
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Organising and facilitate communication workshops as required
- Managing any crisis communication as needed
Profile
A successful Change Communications Specialist should have:
- Proven expertise within transformation and/or change communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Outstanding organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
