Role responsibilities

  • Responsible for all operational delivery of the different teams within the Master Trust proposition to ensure first class customer service to clients and scheme members
  • Actively overseeing and managing the different departments including Service Delivery, Projects and Technical & Quality teams
  • Accountable for the provision of all Pension Administration services, process management and delivering process improvements focusing on member experience
  • Leading by example across the wider business areas whilst driving forward service quality and performance

Role requirements

  • Strong and in-depth Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions knowledge. Previous Master Trust experience would be an advantage
  • A proven track record of people leadership with a collaborative leadership style
  • Pensions Operations Management experience in administering DC schemes at scale
  • Ability to lead from the front, understand the detail and get involved when needed, whilst also operating strategically and commercially
