A newly created opening is available for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to provide day to day support to a team of Mortgage Brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end mortgage application process, from submission to completion
  • Liaising with lenders, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth processing
  • Responsibilities will include client fact finds, submitting loan applications, writing suitability letters.
  • Preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation with precision
  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping clients updated on their application status
  • Supporting advisors with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Experience required:

  • Minimum 18 months UK mortgage administration experience.
  • Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Team Player
  • Confident dealing with client enquires

Up to £40k Basic + Bonus (Dependent on experience)
