We are working with a progressive business looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join their dynamic team working across multiple sites.

As the Employee Relations Partner, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions and senior management, to foster a positive working environment.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on all aspects of employment law, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices across the region.
  • Support and lead complex case management, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes, with a particular focus on tribunal preparation and representation.
  • Work at pace across a regional setting, managing your own diary and adapting to a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
  • Coach and influence managers and leaders on effective employee relations strategies, helping them navigate challenges with confidence and empathy.
  • Drive proactive employee engagement initiatives and dispute resolution, reducing risk and promoting harmonious workplace relations.

Profile:

You will have proven experience in employee relations with a strong background in working with unions. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and a strong track record of tribunal case management and representation. You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary across a regional setting. Candidates must have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. The ideal applicant will be proactive with a solutions-focused approach alongside having the ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
