I am looking for a Legal Counsel to join a Financial Services client of ours to provide legal advice and ensure adherence to laws and regulations as well as guiding senior management on legal matters.

  • Qualified Lawyer in the UK
  • Financial Services
  • 5+ Years experience working as an in-house Solicitor / Legal Counsel
  • Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
  • Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
