The firm has multiple offices across London, Surrey, and Middlesex, and offers a comprehensive range of legal services for a varied client base.Role Overview:The Wills & Probate Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills and creating Trusts
• Advising on Inheritance Tax Planning
• Administering estates, including high-net-worth cases
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and handling Court of Protection applications
• Managing complex probate cases, including contentious probate

Responsibilities:
