With multiple offices located in key locations, the firm offers accessible and comprehensive legal support for both individuals and businesses.The Role:In this role, the Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, handling sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion. This position requires someone who can provide clear, practical guidance to clients and work closely with a supportive team to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This position will also allow the successful candidate to make the role their own, building the practice and assisting in the marketing of the department.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently.

Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing. They should have a strong attention to detail, a client-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
