Senior Court of Protection Solicitor – Flexible Working & Career GrowthI’m currently working with a well-established, modern Top 200 law firm looking to expand its Court of Protection team with a 5+ PQE Senior Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Department Head, manage a high-quality caseload, and progress your career in a firm that truly invests in its people.The Role:
  • Handling Court of Protection matters, including property and financial affairs, LPAs, and drafting applications
  • Managing high-value litigation, particularly High Court cases
  • Supervising junior staff and contributing to business development
  • Working on complex cases, often involving Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence
