Residential Conveyancer - Wanstead
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team in Wanstead. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will handle a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:* Sales and purchases* New builds* Re-mortgages* Help to buy and shared ownership* Transfers of equity* Lease extensions and unregistered properties
Requirements:* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing* Strong ability to manage cases independently* Excellent client relationship management and communication skills* A proactive approach to business development and networking* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail* Experience with LEAP case management software (desirable)
