Conrad Consulting are presenting an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Architect to join my clients, a highly reputable multi-disciplinary practice in Surrey, working on exciting projects within a variety of sectors.
As a registered Senior Architect the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within a variety of sectors including residential, remedial, refurbishment and regeneration, possess the qualities to work independently and collaboratively, manage a small team, be highly motivated, and have a demonstrated capability to run their own projects.
If you are a Senior Architect that has up to 5 plus years post qualification with an extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages (specifically stages 4-5), excellent technical knowledge and also possess a sound understanding of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess -
- RIBA/ARB registered Architect
- Minimum 5 years + Demonstrable Post qualification UK experience
- Experience with NBS specification writing
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Job running experience - working on projects from RIBA stages 4-5.
- Proficiency with Revit and other 2D industry software
- Strong communication skills to liaise with building inspectors and contractors
- Sound knowledge of UK Planning Process, Tender packages and UK Building Regulations
- Demonstratable experience preparing feasibility reports and planning submissions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capable of managing a small team
- Possess a Clean UK driving license and own transport
On offer for the successful Architect candidate is a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of 48,000 - 53,000 dependent on experience, A generous benefits package and an opportunity to develop your career working with a friendly and supportive team at a well-established practice.
