The Mortgage Advisor RoleAs a Mortgage Advisor for the company, you'll be provided with an abundance of leads referred directly from the Estate Agents you work alongside, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
- Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
- Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
- Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
- Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
Mortgage Advisor Packages
Self Employed Mortgage Advisor
- Retainer Available
- 50% Commission on leads provided
- 70% Commission on Self-Generated leads
Employed Mortgage Advisor
- Salary £25k - £35k
- Commission 20%
