- Identifying process improvement opportunities and optimising the purchasing process
- Negotiating group-level contracts
- Developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives
- Taking a leadership role in managing the purchasing team
What you'll need to succeed
- Procurement experience within Food / FMCG sectors mandatory
- "People person", strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on and proactive self-starter
- People management experience managing direct reports or mentoring/ supervising
- Able to be based onsite 3-4 days a week in Surrey
