Senior Technical Manager
Are you an experienced Senior Technical Manager? Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a bespoke residential developer based in Surrey who are looking to strengthen their technical team. The business has a great reputation for producing high end bespoke product that focuses on quality and energy efficiency across both Surrey and Sussex.
About the role of Senior Technical Manger
The role will be managing 4-5 traditional build housing schemes which consist of 10- 70 units per site. The Senior Technical Manager will be solely responsible for their projects working from inception through to handover while working alongside a Commercial Manager and reporting directly to the Managing Director. This opportunity will be office based with regular site visits
Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role
- Experience working with a residential developer
- Experience working on traditional build houses.
- Strong understanding of working on project from inception to completion
