Supply Planner - InternationalLocation: Surrey / HybridSector: Consumer Goods / FMCGRemuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package and Bonus

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Supply Planner to join our international operations team. This key role focuses on optimising the supply chain across the UK and European markets by ensuring product availability, minimising cost, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The role involves working closely with suppliers, 3PL providers, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, reduce obsolescence, and manage new launches and end-of-life products.
  • Supply Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners to meet service and cost objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover using tools like Excel, ERP, and BI platforms.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Purchase Order & Lead Time Management: Handle PO creation, lead time adherence, and timely communication with suppliers.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage and develop contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions.
  • S&OP Leadership: Support and lead preparation for bi-weekly planning meetings aligning supply with commercial goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in roles such as Supply Planner, Logistics Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or Inventory Manager.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, especially within FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS or similar certifications (desirable).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
