Our client is a stalwart of the UK Removals and Storage Industry. A multi-branch, long term BAR member with a great reputation for quality.

They are now looking for an Administrator to join their Business Relocation team in Guildford.

This is a full-time, office based position. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.

Strong administration skills are required, ideally from within the removals or relocations sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule business relocation projects, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on project status.
  • Maintain detailed records of all relocation activities, including inventories, schedules, and client communications.
  • Assist in preparing and processing necessary documentation for relocations, such as permits, contracts, and insurance forms.
  • Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of relocation plans.
  • Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct post-relocation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, such as preparing quotes and managing customer databases.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in relocation projects.
  • Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business relocation division.
