Our fast-paced environment offers variety and challenge, from managing rental enquiries to supporting tenants and landlords through diverse situations.

Key Responsibilities:Letting Negotiator/Administrator:• Enquiry Management: Handle email and phone enquiries, schedule appointments, and conduct property viewings.• Follow-Up: Provide feedback to landlords and negotiate tenancy agreements to secure leases.• Documentation: Manage tenancy documentation, including reference checks, file preparation, and utility company notifications at tenancy start and end.• Market Growth: Implement strategies to increase market share and maintain a competitive edge.Property Management Assistance:• Support: Assist the Property Manager with administrative duties such as gas safety renewals, property visits, and coordinating maintenance tasks.General Attributes:• Hard-Working and Articulate: Exhibit a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.• Confident and Self-Motivated: Display confidence in handling various tasks independently while also contributing effectively to a team.• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.• Customer-Oriented: Build positive relationships with clients and tenants, providing top-tier service.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience: Previous experience in lettings or ARLA qualification is advantageous but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.• Industry Knowledge: A general understanding of the lettings industry is beneficial, but a passion for property is crucial.• Driving Licence: A clean driving license is required.
