About the Company:

We are a leading specialist in testing and repairing traction and control electronics. Due to strong recent growth, we are now creating a new position for a technically-oriented Production Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work autonomously within a small, dynamic team. Backed by a UK-based independent investment office, we are on track for further expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising technical staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes to manage operations and projects that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all processes.
  • Take ownership of Health and Safety protocols.
  • Develop strategic and operational goals for the company.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource management.
  • Monitor production KPIs and maintain quality controls.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customers.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in an electronic engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management and organisational effectiveness.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities.
