Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s team on a fixed-term contract.

This role offers a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.

You’ll work closely with a passionate team to support marketing initiatives across various channels.

• Based in Leatherhead
• £30,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE)
• 6-12 month FTC
• Hybrid
• Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours

Job Description:

• Assisting in executing email campaigns via Account Engagement.
• Uploading and updating content, ensuring SEO optimisation (metadata, titles, ALT tags, headings).
• Maintaining accurate prospect data for campaigns and reporting, and supporting new prospect outreach.
• Tracking competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Supporting social media efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Organising and maintaining marketing files for easy access and storage.
• Assisting with internal communication to ensure timely info-sharing across teams.
• Supporting other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Person Specification:

• At least 1 years' experience in a Marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and responsible.
• Strong team player with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms like WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva, Account Engagement, and Salesforce.
