You will deliver a consumer-centric marketing campaign that aligns with the brand's vision and objectives. This is a fab role for someone passionate about the beauty industry

The Opportunity :

You will be working ion a fabulous new-to-the market skincare brand and your role is to enhance the visibility of the role. This role crosses the UK , EU and other EMEA markets. Your job is to deliver a consumer-centric campaigns that aligns with the brand's vision and objectives.

  1. Brand Management
  • Help develop strategic marketing plans in line with growth targets.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, print, and retail activations.
  • Develop and schedule content for social media platforms,
  • Manage influencer and UGC (user-generated content) marketing programmes,
  • Building partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Support PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
  1. Product & Trade marketing
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Undertake retail promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) displays, to drive retail sales
  • Provide product information packs, training materials, display guides, and in-store activation kits.
  1. 3. Digital & E-commerce Support
  • Manage website updates, including product pages, promotions, and SEO optimisation.
  • Track and analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise product listings and drive conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG Marketing experience
  • Experience of the UK and European beauty markets and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads)
  • Some experience in influencer marketing
  • Familiar with e-comm platforms like Shopify or Amazon and SEO best practices is a plus.
