The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective SEO and PPC strategies for diverse client portfolio.

This role requires an understanding of both organic and paid search strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is a new department at the agency and you will be instrumental in building this area of the business, leading on briefs and liaising with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

- Develop and execute customised SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for each client's SEO campaigns.

- Optimise client websites for on-page SEO, including content, meta tags, headers, and technical aspects.

- Perform regular technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

- Monitor and report on SEO performance.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure clients' SEO strategies remain effective.

PPC Management:

- Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

- Develop compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximise conversion rates.

- Perform keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation for PPC campaigns tailored to each client’s goals.

- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance and landing page effectiveness.

- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure optimal spend efficiency for each client.

Client Collaboration:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored SEO and PPC strategies.

- Provide regular updates and detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.

- Conduct client meetings to discuss campaign performance and present strategic recommendations.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare comprehensive reports on SEO and PPC performance for clients, using data to illustrate the impact of marketing efforts.

- Utilise analytics to drive decision-making and optimise client campaigns.

- Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in SEO and PPC management within a digital marketing agency.

- Proven track record of successfully managing SEO and PPC campaigns with measurable results.

- Expertise with SEO tools (e. g. , SEMrush) and PPC platforms (e. g. , Google Ads, Bing Ads).

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent understanding of current SEO and PPC trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
