My Client are a mechanical engineering who have been in operation for over 50 years providing mechanical engineering solutions to their diverse portfolio of clients.
They currently require a mobile Fabric maintenance engineers to work across the surrey region, carrying out the following works with commercial properties :
Work Includes Roofing, brickwork, slabbing, concreting, painting and decorating, carpentry, window and door replacement mainly small works and repairs.
This role would suit a team served general all round builder.
Requirements :
Trade Qualifications Required (NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 / 3)
IPAF and/or PASMA desirable
SALARY PACKAGE :
- 32 to 42k dependant on experience and qualifications.
- Travel time paid after 30 mins EW
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630 hours (30 minute lunch)
- SSP
- Company van provided, fuel card with private use
