We are working with a forward-thinking company known for its creativity and commitment to excellence who are looking for a talented Office Coordinator to help them maintain their high standards of operation.

This is a varied but pivotal role in the company so you will need to have a proactive, can do approach as no two days will be the same and you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of departments. So, what will your days look like?

Office Administration:

  • Incoming calls, direct visitors, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Sort mail, manage supplies, and maintain office tidiness.
  • Oversee cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Business Administration:

  • Assist departments including Operations, Plant Procurement, and Design with a variety of tasks like filing, insurance renewals, and plant passport management.
  • Handle office equipment, maintain the company's telephone system, and assist with credit card administration.
  • Maintain libraries of templates, CVs, and key business policies to keep everyone aligned.

Staff Administration:

  • Manage staff uniform and PPE supplies, and assist with training and HR-related matters as needed

Van Fleet Administration

  • Oversee vehicle details, coordinate MOTs, services, and repairs, and ensure smooth operations for our van fleet.
  • Keep tabs on the fleet tracking system, manage fuel cards, and handle annual fleet insurance

PA to Directors:

  • Assist with event planning, client communication, and staff relations.
  • Help with client gifts, staff events, and industry awards.
