PageGroup have partnered with one of our key clients to identify a French Payroll Specialist (EMEA) to join the organisation in their UK offices. This is an opportunity to process multiple entities, utilising the French language for approx. 400+ employees.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, primarily in France and other countries including Switzerland (HQ) and Belgium (collective headcount circa 400+ employees)
  • Assist with expatriate payroll and tax reporting for EMEA countries.
  • Manage MyHR tickets and maintain the GPT mailbox for communication with external payroll providers, HR teams, and employee queries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on payroll processes, cycles, and projects.
  • Regularly review and update country toolboxes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with EMEA payroll vendors.
  • Work closely with Senior Payroll Specialists and local finance teams.
  • Partner with Regional Payroll Manager and Associate Manager to implement compensation program changes and analyse tax changes.

Profile

What is required? French Payroll Specialist (EMEA)

  • Fluency in the French and English Language (Essential)
  • End-to-end payroll processing exposure (French entity - wider EMEA processing will be advantageous)
  • CIPP Qualification (highly desirable)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • (Essential) Adhering to 4 days per week in the office within Frimley, Surrey (UK)
  • Bachelors Degree (desirable)
