Your new companyAn increasingly growing logistics group is looking for a Payroll Transformation Manager on a permanent basis with a salary paying up to £60,000. They are looking to add to their finance team where you'll be joining them in an office based near Surrey working on a Hybrid Model.Your new roleYour new role will see you reporting directly to the Payroll Transformation Manager, where you'll be asked to fulfil various responsibilities. Responsibilities will include:

  • Create and lead the delivery of the payroll system.
  • Work with the Head of HR to manage the Payroll System, including the transition period.
  • Advise on the budget required for the implementation, including clear breakdowns.
  • Identify new skill requirements to support the implementation as well as support existing colleagues in adapting to the system.
  • Identify potential risks & mitigate against them, as well as provide governance mechanisms for the organisation.
  • Assess the impact of the role on existing systems & agree on changes with stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer-focused with a service-orientated approach.
  • Payroll Implementation Experience
  • Understanding of software implementation, preferably payroll processing software. Knowledge of software implementation projects and operational delivery.
  • Knowledge/exposure to international payroll/HR/Payroll interfaces.What you'll get in return
