This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality payroll and pension services.Role Purpose:As a Pensions Officer, you will manage accurate and timely employee administration and transaction processes using systems like Unit 4. You will create, maintain, and process documentation and data to agreed standards. Your insights will help improve service delivery to our customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Administration: Handle payroll and pension processing promptly and accurately.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to employees and stakeholders while maintaining accountability in all payroll activities.
  • Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for all payroll inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for employees.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior payroll staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and quality in payroll and pension processing.
  • Training Support: Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Handle advanced payroll and pension calculations and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and support initiatives to enhance efficiency in payroll operations.
