Role responsibilities

  • Manage a strong and established team responsible for supporting with the delivery of projects within the Master Trust proposition, particularly BAU project work such as scheme events and client driven exercises.
  • Allocate and manage the daily workload, review team performance, provide training and mentoring when required and complete regular one to ones with your team
  • Plan, lead, prioritise and manage the day to day delivery of a portfolio of Pension projects
  • Support the Administration Manager and Operations Manager on ensuring the proposition remains at the forefront of the industry and plan for future needs

Role requirements

  • Strong Pension scheme knowledge particularly across Defined Contribution and/or Master Trust arrangements
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management capacity within the Pensions industry
  • A proven and collaborative management style with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
