Hunter AHP are seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join an established NHS hospital in Surrey. This is an exciting ongoing opportunity with flexible working hours (3, 4, or 5 days per week), offering a chance to enhance your skills in a supportive hospital environment.

- Providing clinical pharmacy services across various wards within the hospital.
- Conducting medication reviews and therapeutic drug monitoring for patients.
- Ensuring the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medicines across the hospital wards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and medication management.
- Offering advice on drug interactions, formulary management, and therapeutic options.
- Supervising junior staff and providing guidance where necessary.
- Reviewing and assessing prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Band 7 experience or equivalent in clinical pharmacy settings.
- Previous ward experience is essential, ideally within an NHS hospital environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- A patient-focused approach with a strong commitment to safe and effective medication practices.
- Hourly Rate: £28 to £32 per hour, depending on experience.
