A Day in the life of a Pharmacy Technician

As a Band 5 Locum Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assistranting dispesnsary teams and doing the final checking on medication.

  • Supply medicines to patients and assemble medicines for prescriptions
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Helping the ATOs with checking when needed.

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacy Technian 
  • ACT Qualificaiton
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position is Monday to Friday, with the option of working 4 or 5 days per week!
