Senior Housing Options Officer

A Surrey-based Local Authority are looking for a Senior Housing Options officer to join their team for at least 3 months.

You will be expected to maintain your own caseload, complete initial assessments and write S184 decision letters and Personal Housing Plans for clients.

Due to the seniority of the role, you will also oversee a small team of Officers, assigning duties and creating rotas in advance and overlooking decisions made by other housing officers.

You will be in the office twice a week, on a competitive rate.
