Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book & growth into various export markets they are looking for a Piping Design Engineer to join their Engineering team.Role & Responsibilities:

Run piping design projects through all stages of design through to handover to construction ensuring design deliverables comply with latest standards and specifications

Involved in the design team activities to execute projects with specifications, procedures and industry standards

Deliver execution strategies, layouts, studies, bid and design packages

Attending site meetings when required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:HND/HNC in relevant subject of experience in piping process design.

Experience in a relevant industry preferably has field piping design expertise working with oil & gas, PetroChem, cryogenic or LNG companies.

Experience working on brown-field projects and installations is beneficial.

Working knowledge of other engineering disciplines and their interactions with Piping and Layout. Hands-on experience of SmartPlant 3D piping software and associated modules is mandatory.

Experience with drafting tools (AutoCAD, Microstation etc.) is essential.

A working knowledge of valves, in-line devices and typical support detailsBenefits Package:
