About the Role

As Head of Product, you’ll drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, shaping the product vision and strategy to align with the company’s ambitious growth goals. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional SaaS solutions that meet customer needs and outperform competitors.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to build the Product function, implement processes, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities and metrics for success.

Leadership & Development:

• Take a leading role in the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to integrate product strategy into the broader business plan.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus across all product-related functions.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to execution and iteration.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demands, and business impact.
• Implement tools and systems to support a seamless product management process, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop a data-driven reporting framework to measure product ROI and inform decision-making.

Customer & Market Insights:

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to validate ideas and inform continuous improvement.
• Act as a customer evangelist, engaging with key clients to understand their needs and promote product value.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure product success in the marketplace.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure product specifications are clear and deliverable.
• Align product goals with marketing and sales strategies for impactful product launches.
• Serve as the key point of contact for the SLT on product performance and updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Product management experience, with 1–2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software products.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strong background in product discovery and lifecycle management.
• Industry expertise in Telecommunications, particularly UCaaS or CPaaS.

• Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with deep analytics and KPI expertise.

Technical Expertise:

• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of software development processes, UX/UI principles, and QA best practices.
