Residential Conveyancer - Wanstead

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team in Wanstead. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the firm's continued growth.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will handle a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
* Sales and purchases
* New builds
* Re-mortgages
* Help to buy and shared ownership
* Transfers of equity
* Lease extensions and unregistered properties

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong ability to manage cases independently
* Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
* A proactive approach to business development and networking
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with LEAP case management software (desirable)
