The role involves identifying cost reduction strategies, managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with ESG objectives.
Candidates must have procurement experience in Fresh Produce, Poultry, Fish, or related food sectors, along with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 and a hybrid work arrangement of 3-4 days onsite.

Identifying and implementing cost reductions strategies
End-to-end supplier management including sustainable sourcing, negotiations, SRM
Developing strong stakeholder relationships
Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, taking into account ESG objectives

What you'll need to succeed

Procurement experience from Fresh Produce, Poultry, Fish, Canned Foods, Food Imports/Exports or Food Manufacturer mandatory
People person, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Supplier relationship management
Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of delivering cost savings
