Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Surrey
Package: £55,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance and Bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50m Care Home New Build based in Surrey.
You would be working for a Main Contractor that is renowned for working on some of the best projects within the industry and a company that offers excellent progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside a Senior QS on a £50m New Build Care Home Project based in Surrey which you will see from start to finish.
- The measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings), for valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Agreement of valuation dates and preparing, submitting interim valuations in accordance with those dates.
- Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions
- Subcontract and Design Procurement
Requirements
- Experience working within the Construction industry and excellent knowledge in Design & Build.
- Has worked for a Main Contractor in the past.
- A Quantity Surveyor who is a collaborative and keen to progress.
