Freelance Quantity Surveyor Required - Traditional Housing Project, Surrey
A leading developer is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a traditional housing project in Surrey. This role will focus primarily on procurement for a large-scale, multi-phase development.
Role: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Surrey
Rate: Competitive day rate
Duties May Include:
- Procurement and subcontractor order placement
- Package management across all trades
- Variations, valuations, and payments
- Regular site meetings and reporting
- Liaising with project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in traditional build housing projects
- Strong procurement and contract management skills
- Ability to manage multiple packages in a complex build environment
Project Details:
- Large-scale, multi-phase housing development
- Traditional build construction
- Involves placing key subcontractor orders
- Ongoing project with potential for extension
Duration: 3 months (potential extension)
