Lettings Negotiator - Ash Vale, Surrey
About the Role:An established, independent estate agency in Ash Vale is looking to hire a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in lettings within a supportive, professional, and well-respected local agency. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business through canvassing and prospecting
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation
- Progressing tenancies from offer stage through to move-in
- Working towards individual and office targets

The Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of lettings experience (negotiator level or higher)
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Confident, articulate, and well-presented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Surrey lettings market preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
Package & Benefits:
- Basic salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE: £40,000+ uncapped commission structure
- Mileage allowance / car expenses covered
- Ongoing training and career progression opportunities
- Monday to Saturday working (day off in lieu)
