Job Description:

Responsible for all administration in supporting the residential team
Facilitate the delivery of all aspects of planned, programmed, reactive and other property maintenance
Assist in the preparation, maintenance and review approved contractors for major and day to day maintenance works
Liaising with customers in relation to properly related matters and place orders for works
Prompt and properly instruct contractors and responsible for keeping a record of all works undertaken
Assist Payments for all property related invoices
Assist in all other administration and record keeping for the department
