Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently processing a high volume of purchase invoices with precision
- Managing the invoice approval process and swiftly resolving supplier queries
- Supporting credit control by chasing outstanding payments through email and phone
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring finance systems are up to date
- Using Excel for insightful data analysis and reconciliation tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a finance function, with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and day to day bookkeeping
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels at communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- A positive, “can-do” attitude, ready to jump into a variety of finance tasks with enthusiasm
- Immediate availability and a willingness to work full-time in the office
