We are looking for an dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover across multiple secondary schools we work with in Surrey. These roles are for long-term placements, typically lasting a minimum of one term, with opportunities to extend further based on school needs.

About the Role:
  • Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
  • Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences.
  • Building strong relationships with schools and students.
