About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography specialist to join our client school in Surrey. This is a full-time, temporary position starting on 2nd September, with the initial contract running for one term. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography to students from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 4 (KS4). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, mixed secondary school known for its inclusive environment and commitment to academic excellence.

Role Expectations:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
  • Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
  • Support the school's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective learning environment
