We are working with an outstanding secondary school in the Guildford area of Surrey, seeking an English teacher to join their team in January.
The RoleAs an experienced English teacher, you will support students' progress across KS3 and KS4, fostering confidence and enthusiasm for English. With a passion for teaching, you will use your expertise to enhance students' life chances, instilling a love for English and contributing to a respected, high-performing English department.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful English teacher will demonstrate:
- The ability to teach at both Key Stage 3 & 4
- A genuine passion for English
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility
- The capability to work well individually and within a team
- Skills to promote effective teaching and learning
