Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the security hardware sector, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, enhance performance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored security solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for both the team and individual sales representatives. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Product Knowledge & Training: Ensure the team has up-to-date knowledge on security hardware products, solutions, and technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to align sales efforts and drive product innovation.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. Analyze data to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
