My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their well-established nursing home based in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care and a drive to take on additional responsibility.

About the Role: As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring exceptional care standards are met, and supporting the clinical team. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth and effective running of the nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead clinical teams, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
Support and mentor nursing staff, ensuring their professional development
Deliver person-centred care to residents, with a particular focus on those with dementia
Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation

The ideal candidate will:
Be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
Have experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or be a strong nurse looking to step up into a leadership role
Have prior experience working in a nursing home setting, with a good understanding of dementia care
Be a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
Have a passion for providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for residents

Hours & Salary:
48 hours per week
3 shifts of 9 am - 5 pm and 2 shifts of 12-hour days
Competitive salary of up to 57,000 per year
