Konnect are looking for a Finishing/Customer Care Manager to start on Monday for a residential site in Oxshott.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the customer at Legal Completion and to manage their snagging remedials within 30 days.
To carry out a Follow UP Visit with Customer Services and see through this list to enable transfer to Customer Services.
To keep communication with the customers and to report back any issues that cannot be dealt with.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and show professionalism, even more so due to the affluent area.
Experience in Fieldview would be preferred, however candidate will need to be computer literate.
Constant liaising with the Customer Services Manager and Line Manager on a frequent basis.

Salary: £250 per day
