Adolescent Social Worker
Location: ReigateHourly Rate: £42.76Contract Type: Locum - Full-timeStart Date: Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:* Develop trusted relationships with adolescents to address their emotional, social, and practical needs* Conduct assessments and create individualised support plans* Work closely with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other professionals* Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, including risks related to exploitation, mental health, and homelessness* Ensure young people's voices are central to all decisions affecting their care
What We're Looking For:* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England* Proven experience supporting adolescents in complex and high-risk situations* Solid knowledge of youth development, trauma-informed approaches, and safeguarding protocols* Strong communication, engagement, and problem-solving skills* Minimum 3 years PQE, including 3 years permanent experience in a UK Local Authority
