- Employment Basis: Fixed Term (1-year Maternity Cover)
- Location: Redhill
- Salary Range: Up to £29,731 (Subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
- Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week, 08:45-17:00, Monday – Friday)
- Provide direct support to students who have made disclosures regarding safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Promote and develop wellbeing opportunities for students.
- Support with the management of relevant database systems.
- Work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Team, Additional Learning Support (ALS) team, and external bodies.
- Be part of the Student Support team to triage safeguarding and wellbeing referrals.
- Hold a caseload of learners allocated through the referral process.
- Relevant professional qualifications and experience.
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and best practice in safeguarding.
- Excellent communication skills with young people, vulnerable adults, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE).
