We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join an exceptional team at an independent specialist day school based in Surrey. We are seeking teachers in core subjects; Maths and English to join a school which caters to students with autism and additional needs such as PDA, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching children with SEND in a specialist school setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong understanding of effective relational behaviour management strategies.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives.
- Enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
