Description
- Ensure accurate stock levels across all locations.
- Accurately book stock in the system on time.
- Communicate stock availability to the team.
- Report potential stock shortages to the team.
- Inform the team of upcoming restock dates.
- Use forecasts to manage the production scheduler and submit new production requirements.
- Arrange stock transfers from the factory.
- Liaise with warehouse to arrange booking slots and arrival pre-advices.
- Manage customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time delivery to customers and reporting any disruptions.
- Produce dashboard reports on month-to-date sales.
Profile
- FMCG experience required (2+ years experience in a similar role is desirable)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset.
- Team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
