Client Details

A fast growing FMCG business based in Surrey.

Description

  • Ensure accurate stock levels across all locations.
  • Accurately book stock in the system on time.
  • Communicate stock availability to the team.
  • Report potential stock shortages to the team.
  • Inform the team of upcoming restock dates.
  • Use forecasts to manage the production scheduler and submit new production requirements.
  • Arrange stock transfers from the factory.
  • Liaise with warehouse to arrange booking slots and arrival pre-advices.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time delivery to customers and reporting any disruptions.
  • Produce dashboard reports on month-to-date sales.

Profile

  • FMCG experience required (2+ years experience in a similar role is desirable)
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset.
  • Team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
