Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to join a leading FM provider. The contract you will be assigned to is a hospital in Surrey.

About the role of the Fabric Engineer:

Reactive repairs across the client premises
Preventative maintenance tasks in line
Provide support to the wider Engineering Day Team in the event of an emergency call
To provide updates to the Helpdesk and to ensure the CAFM System is always updated.
Doors and handles
Lights and locks

Experience need for the role of the Fabric Engineer:

Demonstrable experience within a similar role
Any qualifications in Construction, Carpentry & Painting desirable.
